Use of the basic content is free of charge. A paid membership can be taken out for extended functions such as downloadable material packages or personalized play plans. The exact services and prices are transparently displayed on the registration page before the contract is concluded.

As a user, you undertake to use the platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. The transfer of paid content to third parties or commercial exploitation (e.g., in courses or kindergartens) requires our prior written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that children use the content under adult supervision. We particularly point out the duty of supervision for activities involving scissors, glue, or natural materials.

You may print or download the content for private use. Any use beyond this, in particular publication, reproduction, or commercial use, is not permitted without our express consent.

If you do not agree with the changed terms, you can cancel your account within 14 days of notification of the changes. Your use of the platform after this period expires will be deemed acceptance of the changed terms.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is our business headquarters, provided you are a merchant or a legal entity under public law.

Should a provision of these terms of use be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid regulation shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
